Dhairya Gajara, Kutch: Studies allow a person to reach many heights in life. This Kutch woman who studied only up to the seventh standard today made it possible to educate children abroad. Bhartiben Katira from Sukhpar village in Kutch had to leave his studies incomplete in the seventh standard due to a breakdown. But after getting married, when she moved to Australia with her family, she was eager to study and after completing her studies there, she has been teaching young children in a day care center for four years.

Hailing from Kodai village in Mandvi taluka, Bhartiben was in the seventh standard when his father died suddenly from a heart attack. When disaster struck the family, Bharti and her older sister left their studies unfinished and began the work of reconciliation with their mother in order to reunite the two ends of the family and complete the education of their younger siblings.

After Bhartiben got married in Sukhpar in 2006, a few years later he moved to Australia for business purposes. If you want to live abroad, you have to know English, so when her children started going to school, she first took a course to learn English for two years. Having mastered English, he took a two-year elective course to complete his incomplete studies and was able to work in a daycare center teaching young children.

Although he only studied up to seven books in Kutch, due to Bhartiben’s enthusiasm, he completed his studies and today for four and a half years he has been teaching young children in Australia . Not only that, but they teach Indian rituals to foreigners on foreign soil by having children there celebrate Indian festivals.
