Patty Franco Coaching will be featured on Close Up Radio

DOBBS FERRY, NEW YORK, USA, April 28, 2022 / — We all have a superpower, and we must leverage that superpower to add value to the world.

Patty Franco is an executive coach and founder of Patty Franco Coaching, where she works with leaders in entrepreneurial and corporate roles to transition from survival to prosperity and navigate their careers more easily.

“I’m proud of the courage I’ve shown at important times in my life and career, and taking the time to reflect on it, to seek out resources and coaches,” says Patty. “Today, I pledge to make a difference.”

Patty spent the first 15 years of her HR career at Fortune 500 companies. She could have stayed on that path, but the longer she stayed, the more she saw the limits of her happiness.

And so Patty became the owner of a massage therapy franchise in New York, but that brought its own challenges.

“I was working seven days a week, 12 hours a day with two young children at the time, and at one point we weren’t making any income,” Patty recalls. “It was very difficult from a physical and mental point of view. I felt like I was not adding value to my family. What’s the point of being away from my young children, if I don’t even bring Looking back, I wish I had access to the tools I now use with my clients.

Still, Patty says the experience was equivalent to earning a master’s degree in business. Patty learned marketing, sales, recruiting, staffing and payroll. Patty also worked with a coach to figure out how to pivot in her career.

“My coach helped me realize that in all of my roles, what I enjoyed the most was coaching, training and mentoring,” says Patty. “That’s my superpower: helping people grow and develop and see their blind spots.”

Patty’s niche is executives who are also parents. She helps them develop their self-awareness and leverage their strengths for overall success.

“I know how hard it is when you have to work so late and miss milestones like your child’s first steps,” says Patty. “I ask them questions that go deeper than they could possibly do on their own and may make them feel uncomfortable, but I do it with love and support.”

Close Up Radio will feature Patty Franco in an interview with Jim Masters on May 2 at 12 p.m. EDT.
